Refund and Returns Policy

At Musk Al Suroor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return a perfume, please review the conditions below.

Return window: Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return.

Return conditions: To be eligible for a refund:

• At least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.
• The bottle must be returned in good condition, without breakage or damage.
• All items supplied with the order, including the original box and any accessories, must be returned.

A return may be declined if the bottle is broken or damaged after delivery, or if any supplied items are missing. If your order arrives broken or damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether it is eligible. Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 business days after inspection. Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be sent to a bank account or mobile wallet after we verify your details.
